Voting Question: The school where I live doesn't have lines on the road. It is dangerous for the kids. Help?

Every day I am forced to take my little sister to school late because the school is hectic with people doing u turns out of nowhere. When she is considered late is when there is no one one to make it dangerous. Thus after serveral near misses on myself my vehicle and my Sis I decided to just take her late.
